摘　　要：我国的城市拆迁改造不应采取大规模拆迁方式,而应走渐进式的可持续发展之路:变单一终极目标体系为复合动态过程的运行体系,变刚性指标体系为弹性的规划导则,变单纯的自上而下的决策为各种主体互动参加,变大规模拆迁改造为小规模。Large-scale demolition should not be al-lowed in China for reconstruction purpose.Insteadthe road of gradual and sustainable developmentshould be taken,changing the single ultimate goalsystem into a complex and dynamic and operationalsystem,changing the guiding principle of rigid targetsystem into a flexible target system,changing thepure top-down decision making mode into one ofmulti-party participation,and large-scale demolitioninto small-scale demolition.
