肾移植术后并发白内障

摘　　要：本文报告215例肾移植术后6例12眼并发白内障,10眼为成熟期白内障.术后矫正视力达0.3～0.7,无并发症.2眼为未成熟期白内障.215例肾移植术后均接受皮质类固醇治疗,其中170例同时应用环孢素A,6例白内障均为同时应用环孢素A患者.我们认为白内障的成因主要与应用皮质类固醇有关,环孢素A在某种程度上也可能加剧白内障的进程,但白内障与环孢素A之间究竟有何关联尚待进一步研究.215 patients were operated for renal transplant. Of which, 6 cases (12 eyes) compli-cated cataract, and 10 eyes were mature and cured by surgery. Corrected postoperative visual acuity reached 0.3-0,7, and no complications were observed. Two eyes were immature. All 215 cases were treated by corticosteroid after renal transplant, 170 of which were administered CSA simultaneously. All 6 cases of cataract were taker of CSA combinated with corticosteroid. We hypothesized that the formation of cataract mainly related to use of corticosteroid, and in addition to CSA to some extent. But the relationship between cataract and CSA is uncertain, which remains furtherstudies.
