摘　　要：目的 为进一步摸清浙江省桐乡市地方性砷中毒现况,以便科学的制定防治措施。方法 采用水质资料及线索调查相结合的方法。结果 桐乡市水砷含量>0.05mg/L的洲泉(原青石)等8个乡镇的病情调查,发现轻度患者1例,可疑患者2例。水砷含量<0.01mg/L的石门乡人群调查尚未发现可疑患者。1998～2002年检测饮用水样93份,水砷浓度均<0.05mg/L。结论 桐乡市有个别散在的地方性砷中毒患者,需作进一步远期效应的追踪研究。Objective In order to understand further the current situation of endemic arsenism in Tong xiang city, so as to take scientific preventive measurement. Methods Combination method of the water quality data and the clue investigation. Results 1 low - grade patient and 2 suspicious patients were discovered among sxamed people in 8 towns including Zhou Quan Village(that is Qing Shi Village before)etc.of Tongxiang City where the water arsenic contents were ovcr 0.05 mg/L.no patient was discovered,Where the water arsenic contents were below 0.01 mg/L in Shi Meng Village. 93 drinking water samples were esamed and the arsenic level were all below 0.05 mg/L during 1998 to 2002. Conclusions There were a few scattered patients,so it needs a long- term study.
