小剂量^(131)碘分次疗法治疗Graves病327例疗效分析

摘　　要：目的　探讨小剂量1 31 碘分次疗法治疗Graves病的疗效。方法　1 31 碘剂量降至常规计算用量的 1 2～ 2 3 ,1次顿服 ,3个月为 1疗程 ,进行疗效复查 ,如此重复分次治疗直至Graves病治愈。结果　治疗后 5年 ,3 2 7例患者中 ,痊愈3 0 9例 ,治愈率 94.5 %,未愈 14例 ,占 4.3 %,4例出现暂时性甲低 ,经治疗或观察半年后恢复。治愈总疗程 1～ 3个 ,时间3～ 9个月。痊愈病例中 ,1疗程服药治愈为 98人 ( 3 1.7%) ,2疗程治愈 182 ( 5 8.9%) ,3疗程治愈 2 9人 ( 9.4%) ,观察期间无一例出现甲亢复发或晚发甲低。结论　小剂量1 31 碘是治疗Graves病安全、有效的方法。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect on Graves' disease with small dosage 131 I.Methods The dosage of 131 I lower to 1/2 to 2/3 of conventional dosage,take 131 I one time per three months,three months was one therapeutic course until Graves' disease was cured.Results After 5year's therapy,309 cases were cured in 327 cases,the cure rate was 94.5%,14 cases were not cured.Early hypothyroidism occurs in 4 cases,and after half-year treatment,it was recovered.the total course was 3 to 9 months,1 to 3 therapeutic course.Of all cured cases,98 cases were cured in first course(31.7%),182 cases in second course(58.9%),29 cases in third course(9.4%).There weren't any hyperthyroidism reoccurring or late hypothyroidism.Conclusions The method with small dosage 131 Ⅰ on childrens'Graves'disease is safe and effective.
