海尔福对砷中毒小鼠疗效的实验研究

摘　　要：目的　研究海尔福对砷中毒的疗效。方法　以健康的小白鼠作为研究对象 ,随机分成中毒治疗组 ( 1)、中毒对照组 ( 2 )、和正常对照组 ( 3 ) ,( 1) ( 2 )组用亚砷酸钠染毒 ,( 1)组用海尔福口服液治疗 ,治疗时间 3 0d ,结束取血测定各动物血清肌酐 (Cre)、血红蛋白 (Hb)、谷胱甘肽 (GSH)等生化指标。结果　各组肌酐分别为 ( 75 .75± 16.95、10 7.2 9± 2 6.88、79.92±16.48) μmol/L ;Hb分别为 ( 81.5± 2 .0 7、76.8± 2 .14、82 .6± 3 .2 7)g/L ;GSH分别为 ( 2 81.8± 3 .2 5、2 45 .1± 16.12、3 3 9.8± 2 3 .5 2 )mg/L。结论　砷中毒组血清肌酐升高、Hb和GSH降低 。Objective To investigate the curative effect of HaiErFu on arsenic poisoned mice.Methods Healthy mice were randomly divided into 3 groups,namely the HaiErFu-treated group(1),the Arsenic poisoned group(2) and the control group(3).(1)(2)Sodium arsenite was applied to cause arsenic poisoning.(3)HaiErFu oral liquid was used as the medicine for treatment lasting for 30 days,creatinine(cr),hemoglobin(Hb) and glutathion(GSH) were determined in mice serum after the animal were sacrificed.Results The concentration of Cre was (75.75±16.95,107.29±26.88,79.9±16.48)μmol/L repectively in each group and the concentration of Hb was (81.50±2.07,76.8±2.14,82.60±3.27)g/l and the GSH was (281.80±3.25,245.10±16.12,339.80±23.52)mg/L respectively in each group.Conclusions The poisoned group mice's serological creati nine were high,but the Hb and GSh were low,the HaiErFu-treated group recovered significantly.
