摘 要:以3年生盆栽京优葡萄为试材,研究灌溉方式对葡萄叶片结构的影响。结果表明:灌溉方式对叶片结构产生明显影响,且因灌溉方式而异。和大水漫灌相比,滴灌增加了叶厚度,膜上灌溉2(地膜+反光膜)处理增加了幼叶组织结构紧密度(tissue structure tense ratio,CTR)。气孔开闭日变化因灌溉方式而异,但对气孔纵径的影响各处理间均无显著差异。Three-year-old potted JingYou grape cultivar was used for studying the effects of different irrigation measures on the leaf structure. Results showed that the diurnal changes of stomatic horizontal diameters were affected by different irrigation measures. Stomatic longitudinal diameters were reduced, but the thickness of both adult and young leaves were increased by drip irrigation, the CTR of young leaves were also affected. The biggest CTR was observed in irrigation on plastic film cover.
