摘　　要：目的 :探讨宫颈阴道分泌物胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白 - 1(IGFBP- 1)和绒毛膜促性腺激素 (HCG)在胎膜早破诊断中的价值。方法 :对 2 10例胎膜早破孕妇和 12 6例正常孕妇的宫颈阴道分泌物进行 IGFBP- 1和 HCG检测。结果 :IGFBP- 1诊断胎膜早破的敏感度为 93.3% ,特异度为 95 .2 % ,youdon指数为 0 .88;HCG诊断胎膜早破的敏感度为 93.3% :特异度为95 .2 % ,youdon指数为 0 .89二者差异无显著性 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :IGFBP,1和 HCG对诊断胎膜早破均有较高的敏感度和特异度。Objective:To study the comparative diagnostic value of two amniotic components:IGFBP 1 and HCG in premature rupture of membranes Methods:210 cases premature with rupture membranes and 126 cases of term pregnancy took part in the prospective study The IGFBP-1 and HCG in the secretion of cervix and vagina were measured by radio imunoassay and dot immunobinding assay ,respectively Results:The susceptibility and specifilig of IGFBP-1 and HCG for diagnosis of premature rupture of membranes were 93 8% and 93 3%,respectively(P>0 05) Conclusion:It suggests that both IGFBP 1 and HCG be diagnostic markers for premature rupture of membranes with good susceptibility and specifility
