摘　　要：目的 :探讨筋膜内子宫全切术的临床效果。方法 :将 12 0例因子宫良性病变需子宫全切的患者 ,随机分成两组 ,分别施行筋膜内子宫全切术以及传统的经腹子宫全切术 ,对比术中及术后随访情况。结果 :筋膜内子宫全切术 ,手术创面小 ,出血少 ,机体损伤小 ,术后恢复快 ,术后病率低。结论 :筋膜内子宫全切术优于传统术式 ,值得推广应用。Objective:To explore the clinical effects of the intrafascial complete hysterectomy Methods:120 patients with uterine benign diseases were divided into two groups randomly,one treated by intrafascial complete hysterectomy and another by traditional abdominal hysterectomy Results:The intrafascial complete hysterectomy is the method wish less bleeding and damaging to tissues,quicker postoperative recovery,fewer postoperative complications Conclusion:The intrafascial complete hysterectomy has the advantages over the traditional hysterectomy
