摘　　要：目的 :研究癫痫患儿红细胞免疫粘附功能与补体 C3 水平的变化。方法 :采用癌细胞花环试验、免疫比浊法分别检测了 2 0例癫痫患儿红细胞免疫粘附功能及补体 C3 水平。对照组为 2 0例健康儿童。结果 :癫痫患儿红细胞癌细胞花环率明显低于正常对照组 (P<0 .0 5) ;癫痫患儿补体 C3 水平明显高于正常对照组 (P<0 .0 5)。结论 :癫痫患儿存在免疫功能异常 。Objective:To study the changes of the immune adherence functions of Erythrocytes and levels of C 3 in children with epilepsy and explore the relationship between them and epilepsy seizure Methods:The immune adherence functions of Erythrocytes were measured by using rosette forming test and the le vels of C 3 were measured by using turbidimetry in 20 children with epilepsy an d 20 healthy children, then the results were compared Results:The levels of the rosette rate of Erythrocytes we re obviously lower in epilepsy group than that in control group group(P<0 0 5) The levels of C 3 were markedly higher in epilepsy group compared to control group(P<0 05) Conclusion:The immunological functions were out of the way in children with epilepsy
