摘　　要：目的　分析城市暂住人口结核病控制中存在的问题 ,为政府制定新的政策和采取新的措施进一步控制结核病流行提供依据。方法　对上海市闵行区疾病预防控制中心 1997～ 2 0 0 2年结核病报表资料进行分析。结果　暂住人口结核病新登记率远高于户籍人口 ,而其实际的流行情况可能更加严重。暂住人口结核病患者的发现方式与户籍人口类似。但是 ,暂住人口结核病的病例管理、治疗管理差及治疗效果较差 ,防治管理工作亟待改善。结论　要进一步控制城市的结核病流行 ,除了在提高结核病发现率方面采取措施外 ,应重点加强暂住人口的结核病患者管理和规范治疗。Objective To provide basis for the establishment of new p olicy and adoption of new measure in funher control of tuberculosis among intern al migrants in cities.The problems and relevant reasons were also analysed d eeply in this study.Methods Quantitative data were collected from the rout inel y registered data on TB patients of both internal migrants and permanent reside nts during the period of 1997 to 2002.Results The new registration rate of intemal migrants was far higher than permanent residents,and the actual situation might be more ser ious.The methods of detection were similar.But the tuberculosis case management and cure management of internal migrants were bad,and so were the results of tre at ment.Urgent improvements were needed in the cure management of internal migrants . Conclusion To further control tuberculosis in cities,besi des adopting measures to improve tuberculosis detection rate, developing the tub erculosis case management and normal cure of internal migrants were more important.
