复方避孕制剂的HPLC分析方法系统研究

摘　　要：本研究应用高效液相色谱法（ＨＰＬＣ）对国内常用的１０余种复方避孕制剂进行了系统分析，通过对色谱柱，流动相、检测波长、内标物等的选择，确定了最佳色谱条件，并通过对各组分的线性试验、回收试验以及ＨＰＬＣ法与原法定方法的对比试验等的考察，证明了本研究方法的准确性和可靠性。The paper reports that a high performance liquid chromatographic procedure has been developed for system analysis of tens of the compound contraceptive preparations which is used usually at home. The optimum chromatographic condition was defined by selection of chromatographic columu, the component and ratio of mobile phase, detective wavelength and internal standard, etc. The accuracy and reliability were proved respectively by linear test, recovery test and comparison test with official method. In this condition,each comstituent in compound contraceptive preparations was separated efficiently and measured, the result was satisfactory.
