摘 要:在pH值为4.2的BR缓冲溶液中,氯氮(利眠宁)溶液经紫外光照射后,光化学反应产物具有荧光性质,λ_(ex)为265及370nm,λ_(em)为442nm。氯氮浓度在0~3.00μg/ml范围内与荧光强度呈良好的线性关系。借此建立了氯氮的光化学-荧光测定新方法。其检出限为16ng/ml,相对标准偏差为1.3%,可用于片剂中氯氮 含量的测定。In pH 4. 2 buffer solution chlordiazepoxidum leads to a fluorescent photochemical reaction product under the irradiation of ultraviolet light. The excitation wevelength of the fluorescent product is 265 and 370nm and the emission wevelength is 442nm. The fluorescence intensity is linearly increased with the concentration of chlordiazepoxidum in the range of 0 ̄3. 00μg/ml. On this basis, a photochemical- fluorimetric method was developed for the determination of chlordiazepoxidum. The detection limit and relative standard deviation were 16ng/ml and 1. 3%, respectively. This method has been used for the determination of chlordiazepoxidum in the tablets.
