摘  要:本文将香蕉组织偶合氧电极研制成甲基多巴生物组织电极,并装制成流通型式。文中对此电极的响应特性进行了研究,探讨了各种实验条件及有关参量的影响。并将电极用于甲基多巴片剂的含量测定,结果与标准方法基本一致。A bioselective membrane electrode sensitive to methyldopa has been prepared by means of banana tissue covering an oxygen electrode and made in flow type. The influence of Cu2+、Zn2+ 、Mg2+and concentration of Cu2+ on enzyme reaction as activation agent has been discussed. The reaction meadium, flow rate and inJection sample volume are selected. The linear range of the electrode is 4. 0 × 1 0-4  ̄6. 2 × 10-3mol/L with a relation coefficient of 0. 9988 and its service life is more than a week. Making use of this electrode to determine methyldopa in drugs, we obtain the results which are in reasonable agreement with those obtained using the standard procedure.
