摘  要:氟康唑(Fluconazole)为新型三唑类抗真菌药物。本文采用高效液相色谱法测定其血药浓度,ODS色谱柱(150×4.6mm,10μm),流动相为乙腈-0.05mol/L,磷酸二氢钾溶液(23∶77,V/V),非那西丁为内标,标准曲线回归方程为Y=0.2595X-0.01198,r=0.9999,3种浓度平均回收率101.58%。并进行了10名健康志愿者的血药浓度测定。Fluconazole is a novel triazole antifungal agent. A sensitive HPLC method has been developed for the determination of fluconazole in serum. Phenacetin was used as the intermal standard. Fluconazole analysis was carried out by using ODS column ( 150 × 4. 6mm I D), the mobile phase consisted of a mixture of acetonitrile-0.05mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate (23 ∶ 77, V/V). The standard curve regression equation was Y= 0. 2595X-0. 01198 (r= 0. 99998). The average recovery of three concentrations was 101. 58%. The pressent assay procedure has been applied to monitoring serum levels in ten volunteers.
