摘　　要：在国际贸易中如何保护环境是各国普遍关注的一个问题,但现在许多国家却偏离了保护环境的初衷,即将环境保护作为保护本国市场和商品的重要手段,设置“绿色贸易壁垒”。面对国际贸易中的“绿色贸易壁垒”,我国应采取积极措施。How to protect environment in international trade is the problem that every countries and governments are concerned about. But many countries are far from protecting environment. Protecting environment is used as a pretext, they establish green trade barrier, and our country must take measures to deal with green trade barriers.
