摘　　要：含硫杀菌药叶枯灵代谢产物的合成王宇，李正化，高宁（成都华西医科大学制药厂，６１００４１，重庆第三军医大学卫防系环卫教研室，６３００３８）叶枯灵（２－苯甲酰肼叉－１，３－二噻茂烷）为我国研制的抗水稻白叶枯病的新型、高效有机硫杀菌剂（１）。叶枯灵在动物体...This paper reports the synthesis of the metabolites,1,3- dithiolan-2-ylidenehydrazine(I), acetic acid l,3- dithiolan-2-ylidenehydrazide(II),pyruvic acid 1,3- dithiolan-2-ylidenehydrazone(III)and benzoic acid 1,3- dithiolan-2-ylidenehydrazide-s-oxide(IV)of yekuling,anew sulfurorganic fungicide(benzoic acid 1,3-dithiolan-2-ylidenehydrazide).The structures of all thecompounds synthesized were characterized by elemental analysis ,IR ,UV , MS and 1HNMR spectra.
