摘  要:将"Cupid"白鹤芋外植体分别接种在含BA 0-4.0 mg/L的MS培养基中。结果表明BA3.0 mg/L处理可获得3.4个生长良好的丛生苗,优于其它BA处理;IBA对根的诱导和生长有显著效果,IBA 3.0 mg/L处理不仅根生长良好,且地上部小植物体生长旺盛,是白鹤芋组织培养中发根的理想浓度;白鹤芋试管苗经过驯化,在田间成活率可达到95%以上。The Spathiphyllum floribundum cv.Cupid explants were inoculated in MS substratum with BA 0-4.0 mg/L . The results indicated that the treatment of BA 3. 0 mg/L was superior than other treatment which could obtain 3. 4 well growth tufted seedling. IBA had marked effect on the induction and growth of roots. The roots could grow well and the aerial plantlets grew luxuriantly with the treatment of IBA 3.0 mg/L which was ideal concentration for the rooting of Spathiphyllum floribundum cv. Cupid . The field survival rate of tamed Spathiphyllum floribundum cv. Cupid could reach more than 95% .
