摘　　要：分析了在农村产业结构调整和我国加入世界贸易组织的新形势下,高等农业院校科教兴农工作中存在的问题,提出了改革和创新科教兴农的运行机制和服务形式。The existing problems of the science and educational work of higher agricultural colleges to invigorate agriculture under the new circumstance of the readjustment of rural industrial structure and the attendance to WTO of China were analyzed. The reformation and innovation of the working mechanism and service form of the science and educational work to invigorate agriculture was put forward.
