摘　　要：目的 探讨老年妇科患者手术的可行性、安全性。方法 对74例75岁以上的妇科手术患者进行了回顾性统计学分析。结果 本组老年妇女罹患妇科疾病以卵巢肿瘤,子宫脱垂、子宫肌瘤为主。术前有各种合并症者58例(78.3%),以心血管疾病为最多(51.4%),其中高血压病居首位(31.1%),74例手术患者均安全度过围手术期。结论 对老年妇科疾患,只要手术选择适宜,术前准备充分,术中、术后加强监护,患者是可以安全渡过围手术期的。Objective To investigate the necessity and feasibility of gynecological operations on senile patients. Methods We reviewed and analyzed the clinical data on operations on 74 gynecological patients over 75 years of age admitted between Jan. 1995 and Dec. 2002. Results The senile gynecological patients in the series mainly had had ovarian tumors, prolapse of uterus and hysteromyoma. 58 cases (78.3%) had had concomitant diseases, of which cardiovascular diseases accounted for 51.4%, making up the majority, out of which hy-pertension ranked first (31.1%). All of the 74 cases operated on went through the perioperative period safely. Conclusion The senile gy-neoological patients survive the perioperative period safely so long as a proper operative selection, an adequate preoperative preparation and reinforced intraoperative and postoperative monitoring are provided.
