福建HTLV-I的亚型分析

摘　　要：[目的 ]分析福建省HTLV Ⅰ毒株的亚型 ,进一步明确基因型。 [方法 ]用PCR的方法扩增福建 5株样品的Env及LTR区基因 ,测序后与来自世界各地的代表株进行比较、分析 ,构建进化树。[结果 ] 5株样品与WHP、MT2比较 ,在已鉴定的B细胞表位区 ,不同的分离株相当保守 ,没有变异。[结论 ]来自福建的分离株与日本、台湾及汕头的代表株最接近 ,属于HTLV ⅠA亚型 (Cosmopolitan)的Transcontinental亚群。Objective To study the subtype of Human T-cell Lymphotropic Virus Type I (HTLV-I) in Fujian. The gene of proviral envelope region and long terminal repeat region from 5 HTLV-I strains were amplified by PCR. They were sequenced and compared with other isolates from different areas of the world and constructed the phylogenetic tree. The comparison of 5 HTLV-I strains with WHP and MT2 from Shantou and Japan showed they were conservative at B cell epitope regions and no deletion and insertion. [Conclusion ] The strains from Fujian were most close to the isolates from Japan,Taiwan and Shantou. They belong to Transcontinental subgroup of HTLV-I subtype A (Cosmopolitan).
