摘  要:本文研究了邻硝基苯基荧光酮(o-NPF)胶束分光光度法测定钼的显色反应条件。在CPB存在下于强酸介质中,Mo(Ⅵ)与o-NPF形成1:2的桔红色配合物,λmax在531nm处,ε531值达1.63×10 ̄5。钼量在0~8.0μg/25ml范围内符合比尔定律。方法有良好的选择性和稳定性,用于合金钢中钼直接测定,结果满意。A highly sensitive colour reaction of molybdenum with o-nitrophenylfluorone (o-NPF) and cetyl pyridinebromids (CPB) has been studied. In the presence of CPB and in the 0.3 - 0.6 mol/L HCl medium. Mo (Ⅵ) reacts witho-NPF to form 1 : 2 orange-red complex. The apparent molar absorptivity of the complex is 1.63 ×10~5 at 531nmBeer's law is obeyed in the range of o to 8.0μg/25ml This method has a good selectivity and stability. It has been used tothe direct determination of molybdenum in alloy steel with satisfactory results.
