摘　　要：介绍了江苏盐城发电厂8号炉水力除灰系统灰浆管道严重结灰垢及灰浆泵电流远低于额定值,并影响灰渣浆泵安全运行的情况。通过对灰浆管垢量以及灰渣泵运行状况的检查,分析了酸洗前的状况,提出了灰管酸洗的技术要求。分析了灰管酸洗实施后得到的效果。The serious situation of scaling of slurry pipeline in ash hydraulic transport system in the No.8 stove in Yancheng power plant is introduced. Moreover,the electric current inside the ash pump is far below normal rating. Therefore,the safe operation of ash pump is affected. Through the examination of scaling degree in slurry pipeline and operational status of ash pump,the situation before acid cleaning is analyzed,and the technical requirements of acid cleaning of slurry pipeline are pointed out. The result of the implement of slurry pipeline acid cleaning is analyzed.
