分离蛋白质的硅胶基质弱阳离子交换剂的合成与性能

摘　　要：大孔硅胶与氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷反应 ,所得产物与聚琥珀酰亚胺反应 ,再经碱性水解制得高交换容量的分离蛋白质的弱阳离子交换剂 ;产物与丁二酸酐反应也可制得弱阳离子交换剂 ,其交换容量和蛋白质活性回收率都不如前者。When the large-pore silica reacted with γ-amin op ropyl trimethoxy silane,then the product Ⅰ was reacted with polysuccinimide,fol lowed by hydrolysis,the WCX-A was attained;if the product Ⅰ reacted with butan edioic anhydride,the WCX-B was prepared.These weak cation exchangers could be u sed for the separation of proteins and biotechnology products.The exchange capac ity and separation property of WCX-A were better than WCX-B.
