摘  要:着重介绍了在冷态实验条件下,用5孔测压探针和能谱分析方法,对热风炉自身预热式陶瓷燃烧器燃烧室的速度场、浓度场进行的测量与确定,从而可定量地确定各种温度条件下空煤气的混合状态。试验表明,其结果可为合理的燃烧器结构设计提供依据。This poper emphatically introduces the measurement and determination of velocity field and concentration field of the combustion chamber of self-preheating ceramic burner in hot-blast stove by means of 5 holes pressure-measuring probe and energy spectrum analysis under the circumstances of cold experiment. The mixing situation of air and gas at any temperatures then can be determined quantitatively. The experiment shows that its result provides basis for the design of rational burner structure.
