摘　　要：５０００ｋＮ液压剪是连铸机的关键设备之一，直接影响连铸机生产能力的发挥。该机采用直筒形机架结构、箱式机架，刃口偏移中心，刀台活动联结；具有滑道受力合理、结构紧凑、强度和刚度好、操作方便、工作平稳可靠等特点。The 5000kN hydraulic shear having a direct influence on the producing capability,is one of the key equipments in the continuous casting production.This Shear has features of reasonable load on skid rail,compact struture,high strength and rigidity,convenient operation,stable and reliable running due to the design with straight cylindrical fraume,box car frame,off-center cutting blade and flexible connection between blade and tables.
