化工废石膏替代粉煤灰配制的三渣体积膨胀原因

摘　　要：用化工废石膏部分替代石灰 -粉煤灰 -碎石三渣材料中的粉煤灰 ,有效地解决了大量废石膏的出路。但若使用不当 ,可能会造成这种新型道路建筑材料产生体积膨胀变形。研究分析了这种道路建筑材料的结构形成机理和潜在膨胀破坏原因 ,针对工程应用实际提出了改善其体积稳定性的建议。Substitution of chemical waste gypsum for fly-ash in the lime-fly-ash & stone is a good way out for recycling and making effective use of great deal of waste gypsum.But unless it is properly disposed of,volume expansion of this new building material would happen。In this paper,the mechanism of structure formation and the cause of potential expansion is analyzed and the suggestion of improving the volume stability of this material is made on the basis of its practical application and laboratory experiments.
