符合IEC 61010标准的泄漏电流测试技术

摘　　要：为配合仪器仪表电气安全标准的实施,介绍了一种符合IEC 61010标准由工控机 控制的泄漏电流测试系统。这种测试系统采用了加权的模拟人体阻抗测试网络,系统由隔离变压 器、测试网络、信号处理电路、隔离放大电路、接口电路、高速AD数据采集卡和工控机组成。实验 表明,系统稳定,精度在1％以内。A leakage current testing system controlled by IPC according to the standard of IEC 61010 is introduced for the implementation of the electric safety standard. The weighted measuring network of simulating body-resistance is adopted in this system. The system consists of an isolated transformer, a measuring network, a signal processing circuit, an isolated and amplifying circuit, an interface circuit, a high-speed A/D data acquisition card and an IPC. The experiment indicates that this system is steady and the precision is kept within one percent.
