摘　　要：本文介绍用ＳＴＤ总线微机控制板材定尺停剪的工作原理、硬件电路组成和控制程序的编制。该系统应用于铝板横剪线在国内尚属首次。１９９３年１月在北京铝制品厂１４００ｍｍ横切机组上投入使用，定尺剪切精度和剪切次数达到和超过了设计要求的技术指标。This article introduces the working principle,hardware configuration and control program development of the automatic specified length shearing system with STD bus microcomputer. The system is developed by our institute. It is the first time to use this kind of system in aluminium plate specified length shearing line in our country. The result of application in 1400mm crossing shear line in Beijing Aluminium Manufactures Factory shows that the accuracy and shearing times reach and exceed the technical specification of the design.
