摘　　要：华阳发电有限责任公司 2 号汽轮机转子弯曲 0.135 mm后,为解决冲转过程中 1 号瓦轴振超标、运行中4号瓦存在碰磨振动和低压轴封真空泄漏、高中压缸效率偏离设计值等问题,结合自调整汽封的特点,对2号汽轮机的通流部分进行了改造,获得较满意的效果。After the rotor of steam turbine NO.2 being bent to 0.135mm in Huayang Power-Generation Company,for solving problems,such as shaft vibration at bearing shoe NO.1 surpassing standard value in the course of starting impingement,existence of colision-wear vibration at bearing-shoe NO.4 and vacuum leak of low pressure shaft seal in operation,as well as the efficiency of high -and medium-pressure cylinders deviating from designed values e+c.,combined with the features of self-adjusted gland-packing,the flow passage of steam turbine NO.2 has been retrofitted,obtaining comparatively satisfactory effectiveness.
