摘  要:通过冷却塔排放湿法烟气脱硫净烟气,会使一定量的污染物进入循环冷却水系统,导致循环水杂质增加,pH值降低,电导率升高,系统腐蚀速度加快。对此,防治措施为加入合适的化学药品,以及合理选材和控制凝汽器管内流速,加强运行监测。此外,有条件的电厂应定期进行清理,必要时采用技术经济合理的旁流处理形式。The purified flue gas discharging from flue gas desulfuration (FGD)facility through cooling tower can make a certain pollutants coming into circulatory cooling water system,leading to enhancement of impurities in circulating water,reduction of its pH value,increasement of its electric conductivity,and acceleration of system corrsion speed.The remedial counter measures are as follows:dosing suitable chemical agents;as well as suitably selecting materials and controlling the flow rate in condenser tubes;and strengthening monitor in operation,carrying out periodic cleaning in power plants with conditions exist,and adopting the by-pass flow treatment reasonable in technical and economical aspects if necessary.
