摘　　要：口干症是口腔老年病人中常见症状,目前尚无良好治疗方法,本文介绍一种治疗口干症的电刺激仪,系作用于口腔、咽部传入神经系统,经过刺激传出冲动,反射性引起唾液分泌,已用于临床,效果良好。Now xerostomia (XS) , or dry mouth, is a common symptom but a poorly managed problem in the old patients. This paper presents an innovative approach to the treatment of xerostomia with a device that provides electrical stimulation to the afferent nervous system of oral and pharyngeal. The result is a reflex volley of efferent impulses to the salivary glands, causing salivation. The device has been successful in treating xerostomic patients.
