摘　　要：公伯峡水电站是黄河上游龙～青段已建和在建的15个电站中惟一的土石坝枢纽工程。在设计和建设过程中随着对客观自然条件认识的逐步加深和工程技术的不断发展,对设计不断进行了调整、修改、完善和优化,取得了较好效果。The Gongboxia Hydropower Station is the only one project with an earth-rock dam among 15 stations that are completed and under construction from Longyangxia to Qingtongxia reach on the Yellow River. With the progressing recognition of natural conditions and quick development of dam construction technique, it has made the design continuous adjustment, modification, improvement and optimization during and construction process of the project, and has achieved good effect.
