摘　　要：公伯峡水电站工程为黄河干流龙羊峡～青铜峡河段第一座混凝土面板堆石坝,坝高、库大,地质条件十分复杂。设计中考虑了地形、地质、水文及施工条件,枢纽布置紧凑、合理;根据建筑物开挖料的质量,合理设置坝体分区,节省投资;应用新技术将导流洞改建成旋流消能泄洪洞。The Gongboxia Hydropower Station is the first concrete face rockfill dam (CFRD) from Longyangxia to Qingtongxia reach on the upstream Yellow River, with a high dam, a large reservoir and complicated geological conditions. Considering topography, geology, hydrology and construction conditions, the project is compactly laid out. According to the quality of excavated material, the dam zoning is properly set so as to save cost. New technique is applied to reconstruct the diversion tunnel to the vortex flow tunnel with energy dissipation.
