摘 要:介绍了一个结构紧凑的重复频率三电极气体开关系统的设计及初步实验结果,用 ANSYS软件优化设计开关的电极和绝缘结构,采用高速气流通过开关放电间隙以加快等离子体放电通道的绝缘恢复,开关的触发高压脉冲信号通过一个与传输线一体化的开环铁芯变压器产生。实验结果表明,开关已实现工作电压1 .1 MV、峰值电流约13. 8 kA、重复频率100 Hz的运行参数。The repetitive high-power switch is one of key parts of high-current e-beam accelerator. In this paper the design of a compact repetitive gas switch system and the primary experimental results are introduce. In the design, the electrode structure and the dielectric structure are optimized with the help of the software ANSYS, the dielectric recovery rate of the discharge path of the switch is increased greatly because the strong gas flow blows across the gas gap, and HV pulses required to trigger the gas switch are produced by a transformer combined with PFL structurally. Some primary experiments are performed with the switch at voltage up to 1.1 MV, peak current up to about 13.8 kA and repetition rate up to 100 Hz.
