摘　　要：在数控车床上加工大螺距螺杆有一定的技术难度,加工时不便观察且安全可控性差。主要技术要求是刀具的几何形状的正确性和加工工艺过程可靠性,文中主要介绍两种较易实施且安全可靠的加工方法。There is a certain of difficulties that the process of manufacture can not be observed easily and controlled safely when the big-lead screw in the CNC lathe. The essential techniques is the validity of the tools shape and reliability of craft here, this paper tells two easy and sale & reliable methods to process.
