摘　　要：目的　提高肾移植破裂救治成功率。方法　破裂肾修补止血,血肿清除,创口引流,加强抗排斥治疗、抗感染及全身支持疗法。结果　30例移植肾破裂,6例切除,24例保留手术取得成功,全部存活。结论　患者一般情况尚好,无中毒症状及较重合并症,移植肾色泽鲜艳、血供良好,均可保留肾手术。Objective To improve the cure rate of spontaneous rupture of renal graft. Methods The ruptured kidney was repaired to stanch; hematoma was removed; and anti-rejection, anti-infection and general supporting treatment was strongthened. Results Of the 30 cases with spontaneous rupture of renal graft, 6 kidney grafts were removed, and the rest were retained. All patients remained alive. Conclusion If the patients are in good condition, with no poisoning symptoms or serious heart and lung complications, the graft can excrete urine, and the color of the graft shows it has good blood supply, the graft can be retained.
