摘　　要：目的　探讨输尿管囊肿经尿道手术方法。方法　通过对19例输尿管囊肿患者临床资料的回顾性分析,讨论经尿道输尿管囊肿低位开窗术的操作要点。结果　本组19例均手术成功,16例获得平均 11.1 月随访,临床症状均消失,B超检查肾积水 12例消失,4例明显减退,疗效满意。结论　经尿道囊肿低位开窗术是治疗输尿管囊肿疗效比较确切的腔内手术方法之一。Objective To analyze and discuss low transurethral fenestration of ureterocele. Methods The mechanisms and the operation processes of 19 cases of low transurethral fenestration of ureterocele were reviewed and discussed. Results All 19 cases were successful. 16 patients were interviewed within 3 months to 18 months. The clinical symptoms disappeared in all these cases. The results of ultrasonic examination showed that 12 cases with hydronephrosis were cured and the rest four improved. Conclusion Low transurethral fenestration of uerterocele would be effective to treat uerterocele.
