超声对胆道术后引流管的诊断意义

摘　　要：目的　探讨超声对胆道术后引流管的显示及其诊断的临床价值。方法　回顾性分析2 32例胆道术后引流管的声像图表现。结果　1.体内引流管的声像图显示为特征性双“=”的强回声条;2 .超声能显示置于胆道或胆系周围腹腔的引流管前端的位置及部分体内段内的透声情况;3.根据引流管前端的位置及部分体内段内的透声情况将引流管分为引流管正常型、引流管前方阻塞型、引流管内阻塞型、引流管前方及管内阻塞型,引流管位置异常型。结论　胆道术后放置的引流管在超声中有其特征性表现,超声能显示引流管前端的位置及其的通畅程度,为临床明确病因,选择合适的治疗措施,改善患者预后中提供帮助。Objective To evaluate the demonstration and the clinical diagnostic value of tubing drainage after biliary tract operation using ultrasound.Methods We reviewed the sonography in 232 cases of tubing drainage after biliary tract operation.Results 1.The sonography of drainage tube showed the high double echo line“=”.2.The position and the echo of drainage tube placed in the duct and the cavity around the duct were showed clearly.3.According to the sonography of the position and the echo of the tube,five types were divided:the normal drainage tube,the drainage tute with abnormal position,the blocked inner and outer drainage tube.Conclusions The drainage tube after biliary tract operation has sonographic characteristics.The clinic doctors can judge the disorder definitely,choose the best treatment and get the best effect using ultrasound.
