摘 要:目的观察苦参、白鲜皮、鱼腥草、马齿苋及其混合液对20株马拉色菌临床分离株和参考菌株的体外抑菌效果。方法参照美国国家临床实验室标准化委员会(NCCLS)制订的M27-A方案中酵母菌微量稀释法,采用含橄榄油的液体培养基测定各中药体外抗马拉色菌的敏感性。结果混合液组和鱼腥草组的MIC值低于其它各组,苦参、白鲜皮、马齿苋各组之间差异无统计学意义。结论鱼腥草在体外有较强的抗马拉色菌的作用,苦参、白鲜皮、马齿苋各单味药对马拉色菌无明显体外抑制作用,NCCLS-M27A方案可用于抗马拉色菌敏感性测定。Objective To observe the vitro inhibitive effect of Lightyellow Sothora Root, Desefruit Pittany Root-baik, Purslane Herb, Heartleaf Houttuynia Herb and their mixture on clinical and ATCC standard isolated strains of Malassezia. Methods According to National Committee for Clinical Laboratory Standards M27A microdilution method,using liquor agar including olive oil test the sensitivity of Chinese herb to Malassezia. Results Minimum Inhibitive sensitivity of mixture and Heartleaf Houttuynia Herb are lower than the other groups.Differences among Lightyellow Sothora Root, Desefruit Pittany Root-baik, and Purslane Herb have no significant statistics meaning. Conclusion Heartleaf Houttuynia Herb could inhibited Malassezia in vitro,but Lightyellow Sothora Root, Desefruit Pittany Root-baik and Purslane Herb have no obvious effect.NCCLS M27A could be used as a method in determing the susceptibility of anti-Malassezia agent.
