摘　　要：主管往来国信所(简称"国信所")是两宋专门负责与辽、金两国外交的事务机构,国信所的设置,说明两宋时期外交事务及其管理出现了专门化的趋势,这是宋代外交及其管理制度的一个非常重要的特点。国信所的设置不仅为宋与辽、金之间的经济文化交流提供了方便,也对促进宋与辽、金之间的和平交往起到了重要作用。In the Song Dynasty, Guoxin Bureau was a special agency for foreign affairs. The establishment of this agency makes clear an emerging tendency of specialization in the foreign affairs and its administration, typical in the Song Dynasty. Guoxin Bureau not only brought great convenience in economic and cultural exchanges between Liao and Song, and Jin and Song, but also played an important role in promoting the peaceful contact among them.
