全面建设小康社会对体育人才的需求预期与培养对策研究

摘　　要：把未来我国体育人才的需求与培养问题, 置于全面建设小康社会的历史背景下来加以研究, 认为全面建设小康社会, 将使体育人才的专业门类、体育人才的需求数量、体育人才的素质、层次要求以及体育人才的服务领域等发生变化, 并就此提出人才培养对策。Constructing civil exercise system improving civil health quality and fulfilling the masses'need about physical culture are the important content for building a well-off society in an all-round way. There must be sports talents' support for achieving the aim of physical development in a well-off society. According to researches. The predictable demand for sports talents to build a well-off society is the fields which need sports talents will enlarge. The quantity of sports talents will increase. The requirement for sports talents'quality and stratification will be higher . The service territory of sports talents will break the traditional physical range. And the research of education countermeasure is also introduced.
