摘　　要：动产抵押的公示方法与公示效力具有密切联系。我国法律关于公示方法与公示效力的规定存在很多缺陷。我国法律应当引入权利标识方法以补充登记方法的不足,建立统一的登记对抗主义,并赋予动产抵押在一定条件下具有公信力。There is a closed relation between ways of demonstration and effort of demonstration about chattel mortgage. It has many drawbacks in our law. Our law should induce ways of signing right in order to save the defects of registering institution. Our law should found unified register resisting doctrine, let chattel mortgage has public-believeing effort.
