探讨肾移植术后肺部巨细胞病毒感染的诊断与治疗

摘　　要：目的　探讨肾移植术后肺部巨细胞病毒 (CMV)感染的临床特点及治疗对策。方法　回顾总结本院 18例肾移植术后肺部CMV感染临床资料。结果　 18例肾移植术后肺部CMV感染病人经更昔洛韦为主的综合治疗治愈 16例 ,死亡 2例。结论　对肾移植术后肺部CMV感染应该尽早诊断 ,及时应用以更昔洛韦为主的综合治疗。Purpose To investigate the clinical character and treatment of cytomegalovirus(CMV) pneumonitis offer renal transplantation. Methods Eighteen renal transplant recipients were diagnosed as ha-ving CMV pneumonitis by the detection of CMV-IgM and(or)CMV-DNA in the peripheral blood in combination with the clinical symptoms and chest X-ray.The treatments included the administration of Ganciclovir,prevention and treatments of superinfection,improvement of nutrition and used respriator as early as possible. Results Totall 16 out of 18 was cured and 2 finally died. Conclusions Early diagnosis and administration of Ganciclovir as treatments are effective for the CMV pneumonitis following renal transplantation.
