摘　　要：全面建设小康社会,是中国在二十一世纪头20年的奋斗目标。在中国面临第四次机遇之际,同样面临着各种矛盾和挑战,我们只有深刻吸取历史上三次错失重要战略机遇期的教训,借鉴英国、美国和日本正确应对战略机遇期的成功经验,采取科学的应对方略,坚定走“和平崛起”之路,加快发展,以早日实现中华民族的伟大复兴。It is the objective of the struggle in the first 20 years of 21st century in China to build the well- off society in an all- round way. At the time of facing the fourth opportunity in China , face various kinds of contradictions and challenges too, we only draw the lesson for three periods of important strategic opportunities of fault in history deeply, it should be to the successful experience of one of strategic opportunity to use Britain , U.S.A. and Japan for reference correctly, adopt scientific general tackling plan, take the road to“the peace emerges ”firmly , accelerate development, in order to bring about a great rejuvenation of Chinese nation as soon as possible.
