临床路径在甲状腺良性肿瘤手术患者中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的　研究临床路径在甲状腺良性肿瘤手术患者中的应用效果。方法　将 6 0例甲状腺良性肿瘤手术患者随机分为实验组和对照组 ,每组各 30例。实验组按制订好的医、护、患临床路径表实施每日诊疗、护理、康复工作 ,对照组采用传统医疗护理方法。结果　实验组患者的平均住院日、平均候手术日和平均住院费用明显低于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ;患者满意度和健康知识评分显著高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　按临床路径实施诊疗、护理及患者的自理康复 ,可以减少平均住院日 ,降低住院费用 ,有利于患者主动参与诊疗和护理 ,促进了患者术后生活自理能力的恢复 ,提高了患者满意度。Objective The apply outcome of clinical pathway were studied on the patients with benign tumor of thyroid undering partial thyroidectomy. Methods Sixty patients undering partial thyroidectomy were randomly divided into experimental and control groups. There were 30 cases in each group.The experimental group subjects received daily treatment,nursing care,rehabilitation training health education on the basis of established tables of comprehensively clinical pathway.While the control group subjects receive traditional treatment and care. Result After applying clinical pathway,the periods of preoperation,the average hospitalization time were shortened ,the average fee-for service decreased (P<0.01) . The satisfaction of the patients improved markedly ,they also have more health knowledge and faster rehabilitation of self-care ability (P<(0.05)). Conclusions Implementation of the comprehensively clinical pathway could significantly decrease hospitalization time and patients′ fee-for service ,promote patients to participate in treatment and care actively ,as well as facilitate rehabilitation of self-care ability , enhance patients satisfactory ratio .
