摘　　要：目的　探讨心理支持和加强对胎儿监护对妊娠合并急性肠梗阻状况的影响。方法　引导她们进行心理调节 ,加强对胎儿的监护 ,合理安排饮食及休息 ,对症护理。结果　 19例病人顺利度过妊娠期。结论　做好心理护理 ,指导合理的饮食和休息及加强胎儿监护是治疗成功的有力保障。Objective To investigate impact of psychologic supporting and fetus supervision on conditions of acute bowel obstruction during pregnancy. Methods The patients psychologic regulation were directed. Fetus supervision were reinforced.Diet and rest were planned rationally.Symptom nursings were offered. Results 19 patients went through gestation period syccessfully. Conclusion Well psychologic nursing,directed rational diet and rest and reinforced fetus supervision is the forceful guarantee of the successful treatment.
