摘  要:目的 探讨神经营养因子(NT ) 3及其受体酪氨酸激酶(Trk)C在先天性巨结肠(HD)中的表达及其意义。方法 采用免疫组织化学方法检测3 2例HD患者不同节段肠组织中神经节细胞NT 3、TrkC的表达水平。结果 正常肠段肌间和黏膜下神经丛内神经节细胞呈NT 3、TrkC强阳性表达。HD狭窄段未见NT 3、TrkC阳性染色;移行段神经节细胞NT 3、TrkC阳性率(5 3 .1%、2 8.1% )均较扩张段(93 .8%、43 .8% )显著降低(P <0 .0 5 )。结论 NT 3及其受体TrkC在神经节细胞缺乏肠段的异常表达可能与HD的发病机制有关。Objective To explore the expression of neurotrophin 3 (NT-3) and its receptor tyrosine kinase C (Trk C) in Hirschsprung's disease (HD) and its significance.Methods The immunohistochemical staining was applied to detect the expression of NT-3 and Trk C in ganglion cells of different intestinal segments from 32 HD cases.Results In normalintestinal segments,there was strong expression of NT-3 and Trk C in ganglion cells within myenteric and submucous plexuses.However,in narrow segments of HD,there was no positive NT-3 or Trk C staining.The expression rate for NT-3 and Trk C in ganglion cells of HD transitional segments (53.1%, 28.1% respectively) was significantly lower than that of dilation segments (93.8%, 43.8% respectively, P < 0.05). Conclusion The abnormal expression of NT-3 and its receptor Trk C in aganglion intestinal segments may participate in the pathogenesis of HD,which also has potential values for the diagnosis of HD.
