摘  要:目的探讨急性有机磷农药中毒大鼠骨骼肌组织ATP酶活性变化及硫酸镁对其影响。方法30只健康大鼠随机分成3组,每组10只,分别为正常对照组(A组);氧化乐果染毒组(B组);硫酸镁预处理后再染毒组(C组)。测定3组大鼠骨骼肌组织Na+K+ATP酶和Ca2+ATP酶活性,并进行组间比较。结果与A组相比,B组Na+K+ATP酶,Ca2+ATP酶活性均明显降低(P<0.01)。与B组相比,C组Na+K+ATP酶和Ca2+ATP酶活性均有不同程度地恢复,Ca2+ATP酶活性恢复(P<0.01)较Na+K+ATP酶活性恢复(P<0.05)明显。结论急性有机磷农药中毒后,骨骼肌组织Na+K+ATP酶,Ca2+ATP酶活性均明显受抑制。硫酸镁预处理能减轻ATP酶活性的受抑制程度,尤其是对Ca2+ATP酶。Objective To investigate the ATPase activities of skelet muscle tissue in rats with acute organophosphorus poisoning,and to explore the effects of magnesium sulfate on ATPase activities.Methods Thirty healthy rats were randomly divided into three groups:group A(control),group B(oxide dimethoate given intraperitoneally),and group C(magnesium sulfate administrated before oxide dimethoate).The activities of Na +-K +-ATPase and Ca 2+-ATPsae of skelet muscle tissue were measured respectively.Comparisons were made among the three groups.Results The activities of Na +-K +-ATPase and Ca 2+-ATPase were decreased obviously in group B as compared with group A(P<0.01). The activities of Na +-K +-ATPase and Ca 2+-ATPase recoverd at different degrees in group C as compared with group B. The activities of Ca 2+-ATPase recovered more obviously (P< 0.01 ) than Na +-K +-ATPase activities(P< 0.05 ) .Conclusion The activities of Na +-K +-ATPase and Ca 2+-ATPase of skelet muscle tissue are inhibited when rats is given oxide dimethoate. Magnesium sulfate preparation can reduce the inhibition on ATPase, especially on Ca 2+-ATPase.
