摘　　要：系统介绍海岛型超细纤维的生产方法、性能和主要用途;重点阐述PET/COPET复合海岛超细纤维的碱溶离开纤,分析了氢氧化钠等碱剂开纤剂的作用特点和注意事项;比较了长丝型和短纤型仿麂皮绒的染整加工流程;讨论了海岛超细纤维的染色热力学和动力学,着重分析上染过程中分散染料在不同线密度纤维上的分布,以及控制染料均匀分布的途径、合理的染色工艺和注意事项;指出了热定形、磨绒等后整理条件和注意事项。This paper systematically introduces the manufacturing process, properties and application of sea-island supermicro fibers. The peeling process with alkali for PET/COPET composite sea-island supermicro fiber is discussed in particular. Dyeing and finishing processes for filament and staple suede fabrics are compared, dyeing dynamics and thermodynamics of sea-island supermicro fiber are discussed. Based on the dyeing behaviors, distribution of disperse dyes on fibers with different linear density in dyeing procedure, methods to control the distribution of dyes, the reasonable dyeing process, as well as the points for attention are analyzed. At last, procedures such as heat setting and sanding are briefly introduced.
