摘  要:提出了一种新型的搅拌釜用无泄漏隔膜密封结构设计。设计中采用了一种独特的传动机构 ,使密封隔膜经历最小变形以延长其使用寿命 ,并对所设计的密封结构进行了试验验证。试验结果表明 :该结构的密封能保证介质的零泄漏 ;隔膜工作可靠 ;传动机械效率大致与传统的机械密封相当。A design of the novel diaphragm seal in witc h the sealing diaphragm will be subjected to minimizing deformation during operati on to prolong its working life was presented . Experimental studies were carried out for the seal structure introduced in this paper to verify the feasibility a nd reliability of the seal.Results indicated that this seal could copletely elim inate leakage. Experimental results also showed that the sealing diaphragm was in quite a normal condition after subjected 4.3106 deformations and the mechanic al efficiency of the seal was approximately equal to that of convenient mechanic al seal.
